What we collect

When you book an inspection, report damage, upload documents, or contact us, we collect the information you provide: name, phone number, email, property address, damage descriptions, and any photos or documents you upload. Call recordings and transcripts from our voice line are stored with the same care as written records.

How we use it

To schedule and perform inspections, to manage your insurance claim, to communicate about your project, and — if you become a customer — to fulfill warranty obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Photos and claim documents

Damage photos and documents you upload are stored in access-controlled storage and shared only with parties working your claim: your Stormtek estimator, and at your direction, your insurance carrier or adjuster.

Data retention

Claim and project records are retained as business records require. You may request deletion of your contact record at any time by emailing info@stormtekroofing.com.
